Thanks to our opera experience, you will be guided on how to get provided with the best possible tickets. * * * We don't sell tickets ourselves. You choose what interests you, with our assistance as far as you are interested in, and we provide you with what you have choosen, with your money you offered for. See what has been offered by events organizers. The ticket prices quoted by event organizers are in CZK. Prague National Theatre as institution, powering Prague main stages such as National Theatre, Mozart Estates Theare, State Opera and New Stage, has applied the so called dynamic pricing system within which the prices of tickets for specific seats for specific performances may increase in relation to forthcoming dates of performances and/or to number of seats sold out. The ticket prices may include reservations fees for our services provided if watching temporarily unavailable events or temporarily unavailable sections. The term "best category location" for the three Prague opera houses customarily includes the whole orchestra /parterre/ stall, first balcony central stall, and front seats in boxes of first balcony and in boxes of ground floor. However, in the event the requested location for a requested performance has not been available as requested, you will be informed what other seating is available and what is the difference in price. After chosing your tickets, we will purchase them with your money for you and you will receive our e-mail final confirmation including your e-tickets. If the e-tickets are requested to be delivered by messenger to the customer's Prague hotel in the City with reception 24/7 (not to AirBnB), the night before performance at the latest, a delivery fee of CZK 242 /approx. EUR 9 - US$ 10/ is charged. If the e-tickets are requested to be delivered by messenger in the Theatre instead, our messenger will deliver the tickets to Theatre night box office to be picked up 45 minutes before the beginning at the earliest, for which a delivery fee of CZK 484 /approx. EUR 18 - US$ 20/ is charged. If the tickets are requested to be mailed by registered mail to an address instead, a handling fee of CZK 200 /approx. EUR 7 - US$ 8/ is charged, in addition to the postage. The postage by the Czech Post Office is 54 CZK in Czech Republic, 138 CZK in Europe, 179 CZK overseas. The ticket prices usually include no VAT. VAT 21% referring to our services is always included in the prices quoted above. The tickets might be refunded only if the requested programme has been changed by the theatre; such refunds are naturally possible only if claimed prior to the commencement of the concert. Otherwise, the tickets might be refunded only if the event has been cancelled because of "force majeure". However, just the tickets price /"subtotal items purchased" is refundable. The services price /"subtotal fees (incl. booking /reservation /handling fee, delivery fee if applicable, postage if applicable)" was consumed as soon as we sent your e-tickets to the e-mail address you had indicated.
